如何运用TQM理念对高校大学生思想政治教育管理进行监控

The concept of TQM the emphasis is on＂ quality＂, so, using the idea of TQM on Ideological and political education of university students management which is the core of quality monitoring. This paper first introduces the concept of TQM related definitions, and on the basis of College Students＇ Ideological and political education management are summarized, and finally, from three aspects of how to use TQM ideas on Ideological and political education of university students management monitoring.%TQM理念所强调的重点是“质量”，所以，运用TQM理念对高校大学生思想政治教育管理进行监控的核心即是质量。本文首先介绍了TQM理念的相关定义，并以此为基础对高校大学生的思想政治教育管理进行了概述，最后，从三个方面论述了如何运用TQM理念对高校大学生思想政治教育管理进行监控。
