浅谈高校建立大学生心理档案的实践与探索——以温州大学瓯江学院为例

摘要

The establishment of mental health records is an important way to be effective in preventing psychological problems,through the analysis of the purpose of establishment of students 'psychological files should follow the principles and content design,and finally to the establishment of students' psychological files as an opportunity,combined with Oujiang College,Wenzhou University actual work,the diversification of the activities,expectations of students' psychological files of construction work to play the role of prevention in mental health education,and play its due role to develop students' physical and mental health.%本文通过分析建立大学生心理档案的目的、应遵循的原则以及内容设计,以大学生心理档案的建立为契机,结合温州大学瓯江学院的工作实际,提出多样化的开展活动的建议,期望大学生心理档案建设工作在大学生心理健康教育方面起到预防的作用,并为培养身心健康的大学生发挥其应有的作用。
