完善初中教学管理的有效策略分析

Teaching is an effective way of junior secondary school in training personnel,has an important impact on science teaching program to improve the quality of junior high school classroom teaching,cultivate students' interest and personal interests.This paper analyzed the middle school teaching management,to propose effective strategies,and specific improvement of the deep-seated the improvement of the quality of teaching,to assist teachers in teaching,as well as teachers' management.%教学是初中院校培养人才的有效方式,科学的教学方案对提高初中课堂教学质量、培养学生的学习兴趣和个人爱好具有重要影响。本文将从初中教学的管理方向进行分析,提出有效策略,对教学质量深层次的提高进行具体的完善,为辅助教师教学,以及教师管理做出服务。
