基于中职课程改革的教师胜任能力建构

摘要

Secondary vocational education curriculum system and the implementation of this curriculum system,financial,material and information support and security system needs to disruptive land reform.In this reform,the teacher as a reformer,but also reformed.This is a very sensitive issue and must be addressed.Vocational education teachers must not only have the courage and confidence of the curriculum reform,but also to have the skills and methods of curriculum reform and the implementation of the capacity of the new curriculum system.%中等职业教育课程体系和实施这一课程体系的人、财、物和信息支撑与保障体系需要颠覆性的改革。在这一改革中,教师即是改革者,也是被改革者。这是一个十分敏感而又必须解决的问题。职业教育教师不但要拥有课程改革的勇气和信心,更要具备课程改革的技能与方法以及实施新课程体系的能力。
