Education plans,teacher-centered,teacher quality,the most inportant is ethics.This paper takes the socialist core value system for the lead,to explore the ideological identity,system specification,the power of the unity and so on are known to strengthen the relevance and effectiveness of the universities teachers' morality.%教育大计,教师为本,教师素质,师德为要。本文以社会主义核心价值体系为引领,探讨从思想认同、制度规范、力知行统一等方面来切实加强高校师德师风建设的针对性和实效效性。
