高等教育转型期医学院校教师专业发展问题的研究

Medical colleges is an important base for training medical personnel, so the overall quality of teachers is the key and guarantee to the development of medical colleges and medical schools, to a certain extent affect the development of Chin-ese medicine industry. This paper analyzes the current situation of teachers in medical colleges of higher education in transi-tion professional development;explore the ways and strategies on construction of teachers' professional development system of medical colleges.%医学院校是培养医学人才的重要基地，所以，医学院校教师的综合素质是医学院校发展的关键和保障，在一定程度上影响着中国医学事业的发展。本文通过分析高等教育转型期医学院校教师专业发展的现状，探究构建医学院校教师专业发展体系的途径和策略。
