Higher education as a high degree of flexibility in vocational education, need to be able to better adapt to and serve the regional economic development. If you can not meet the curriculum standards of business and professional quali-fication requirements, course"job, lessons, license"three facilities can not be achieved. In this paper, by exploring innovation and practice food service training course teaching, we hope to enhance students' fit for professional positions, improve pro-fessional core competencies, corporate culture adaptation, new forms of regional economic development and other highly skilled personnel proposed some suggestions for reference.%高职教育作为一种灵活度较高的职业教育,需要能够更好地适应和服务区域经济的发展。如果课程标准不能适应企业和职业资格的要求,课程“岗、课、证”三融通就无法实现。本文通过探讨高职餐饮服务实训课程教学的创新与实践,希望就提升学生对专业岗位的契合度,提高职业核心能力,培养适应企业、区域经济发展新形式的高技能人才等方面提出了一些建议以供参考。
