高职学生创业不仅是学生自我发展和适应就业新形势的需要，也是社会发展和教育改革的需要。高等教育作为大学生创业意向培养的关键环节，在实际培养和教育过程中存在诸多问题。从高职教育总体上看，学校虽然有明确的定位，但缺乏个性化的培养目标，不能适应社会对人才多层次的需求。基于此，在分析徐州工业职业技术学院创业教育存在问题的基础上，提出教学改革建议，从而完善大学生的创业人格。%Vocational College Students' entrepreneurship is not only the students' self development and adapt to the new situ-ation of employment, but also the need of social development and educational reform. Higher education is the key link of cul-tivating entrepreneurial intention of university students;there are many problems in the process of practical training and edu-cation. Higher vocational education from the overall perspective, the school although there are clear positioning, but the lack of personalized training objectives, can not meet the social needs of multi-level talent. Based on this, analyzes the existing problems on the basis of entrepreneurship education in Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology, put forward the teaching reform suggestions, so as to improve students' entrepreneurial personality.
