目的:探讨护理程序在临床带教中的应用。方法:医院对护生建立实习档案,按照护理程序对护生的职业素质、知识运用、操作能力等方面进行评估;提出存在问题;制定一对一的带教计划和措施最后进行阶段性的评价。结论:以护理程序为核心的临床教学模式对护生职业能力的提高起到了积极的作用。%Objective:To investigate the application of nursing process in clinical teaching. Methods Hospital nursing stu-dents to establish internship file, in accordance with the nursing process to assess the aspects of nursing students in profes-sional quality, knowledge utilization, operating capacity;raise problems;develop one to one teaching plans and measures to be phased final evaluation. Conclusion:nursing program at the core clinical teaching model to improve the professional com-petence of nursing students played a positive role.
