师德--教师素质的核心

This paper first discusses the purpose and significance of moral construction, followed by the actual work in con-junction with their nearly seven years, from five aspects discussed the ethics of teachers knowledge and understanding, con-cludes Morality to constantly innovate with the times into perspective.%本文首先讨论了师德建设的目的和意义，其次结合笔者近七年的工作实际，从五个方面探讨了对教师师德的认识和理解，最后提出了师德建设要不断创新、与时俱进的观点。
