This article analyzes the practical significance and feasibility for PPP model to be applied in the field of basic education in our country, discusses the cooperation relationship between the public sector and the private sector, studies suc-cessful experiences abroad, provides reference to promote the development of China's basic education .%文章通过分析PPP模式应用于我国基础教育领域的现实意义及可行性，探讨公共部门与私人部门的合作关系，并借鉴国际上的成功经验，为促进我国基础教育发展提供参考。
