提高技能型人才终身学习能力的对策思考

摘要

Modern society requires people to have the ability of lifelong learning, vocational colleges train skilled personnel charged with the task of China's rapid economic development, and thus the ability to develop their lifelong learning is parti-cularly urgent. This paper attaches great importance to lifelong learning, scientific setting teaching content, teaching methods and reasonable reform, active use of information resources four areas to discuss the countermeasures to improve skilled per-sonnel's lifelong learning ability.%现代社会要求人们具备终身学习的能力，高职院校培养的技能型人才担负着我国经济高速发展的重任，因而其终身学习能力的培养尤为迫切。本文从高度重视终身学习、科学设置教学内容、合理改革教学方式、积极利用信息资源等四个方面探讨了提高技能型人才终身学习能力的对策措施。
