This paper analyzes the status of university students from the innovation and entrepreneurship education, presen-ted a web-based platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education college building program"World University City"in cyberspace, focuses on the goal of building, building contents, building programs and platform advantages, and strive to help the"World University City"in cyberspace, providing a new way, a new platform of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students.%本文从大学生创新创业教育现状分析出发，提出了一个基于“世界大学城”网络空间的大学生创新创业教育网络平台建设方案，重点论述了建设目标，建设内容，建设方案和平台优势，力求借助“世界大学城”网络空间，为大学生创新创业能力培养提供一个新途径、新平台。
