基于“校企合作”的“工作室制”艺术类人才培养模式构想

在艺术类专业教学模式中，如何才能做到真正与企业、市场零接轨的有效对接？通过对艺术类教育培养模式的现状进行分析，结合现代设计教育的理念，经过多年的设计教育探索，提出基于“校企合作”的“工作室制”人才培养模式构想，以适应现代社会、企业对艺术类人才的现实需求。%In the art professional teaching mode, how can we truly effective connect with the enterprise and market zero con-vergence?
