PBL与LBL相结合的教学法在高职护理专业生物化学教学中的运用

     

摘要

Objective:To study the application effect of PBL combined with LBL in biochemistry teaching of nursing specialty in Higher Vocational College. Methods:in the class of 2014 for nursing specialty students randomly selected two classes, 130 as the research object. The selected students were divided into control and observation of classes, each class number for 65 pe-ople, respectively, and the application of conventional teaching and PBL combined with LBL teaching methods, teaching after the end of two class school students were tested, and uses questionnaire survey method to investigate the students of the class teaching method recognition, comparison of two class teaching effect. Results:To observe the student's score significantly than the control class student's score is high, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);to observe students recognized the number of the class teaching methods obviously than that of the control class multi, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:in physical chemistry teaching with PBL combined with LBL teaching method can effectively inspire the students' learning interest, improve the students' practical ability, communication ability, problem solving ability, is con-ducive to the cultivation of students' consciousness of team cooperation.%目的:研究PBL与LBL相结合的教学法在高职护理专业生物化学教学中的应用效果。方法:在2014级三年制护理专业学生中随机选择2个班,130名作为研究对象,将所选学生分为对照班和观察班,每班人数为65人,分别应用常规教学和PBL联合LBL教学方法,教学结束后对两个班级学生进行测试,并使用调查问卷的方法调查学生对本班教学方法的认可情况,比较两个班的教学效果。结果:观察班学生的总考试成绩明显比对照班学生的总考试成绩高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察班学生认可本班教学方法的人数明显比对照班多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:在生物化学教学中运用PBL与LBL相结合的教学法能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的动手能力、交际能力、解决问题的能力,有利于学生团队合作意识的培养。
