高等艺术职业教育是高等职业教育中的一个重要门类，它担负着为各地经济和文化建设培养高素质技艺型专门人才的重任，对于建设社会主义和谐文化，推进社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣起着重要的作用。在国家大力发展职业教育的背景下，人们对职业教育的认识和对职业教育规律的各种研究也逐步深入，然而艺术职业教育因为其本身的特殊性，这方面的研究比较滞后，尤其是对高等艺术职业教育兼职师资队伍建设的专门研究可谓少之又少。本文在分析高等艺术职业教育属性的基础上，重点对其兼职师资队伍建设的现状进行了初步研究，并从高校办学自主权、高等教育分类管理、现代大学制度三个维度对问题背后的根本原因进行了分析、概括。%Vocational Art Education in Higher Vocational Education is an important category, which bears the important task of training high-quality art talents for economic and cultural construction of the country, for the construction of a socialist har-monious culture, promoting socialist cultural development and prosperity since important role. Based on the analysis of Vocational Art Education property, based on a preliminary study focused on the status quo of its part-time teaching staff, and from the Sovereignty of Universities, higher education category management, modern university system in three dimensions of the root causes behind the problem are analyzes summarized.
