新形势下高校新生适应性教育工作策略研究

Implementation of adaptive education for college freshmen is an important guarantee for best ideological and poli-tical education. It's important that freshmen adapt to college study, life as soon as possible in university and even in the devel-opment of the whole stage of life .This paper analyzes the problems of adaptive education for freshmen in college, and ex-pounds the concept of adaptive education and the strategy of education .%大学新生适应性教育是高校思想政治教育工作的基础环节，扎实开展新生教育工作，对大学生尽快适应大学生活甚至整个人生阶段的发展具有重要意义。文章通过高校新生出现的适应性问题与原因，运用适应性教育的理念来阐述新生教育工作策略。
