高校教师教育技术培训实效评估体系的构建

     

摘要

In 2001 the Ministry of Education in Educational Technology Training in Universities clear requirements, while college teachers' educational technology training effectiveness evaluation will be the Ministry of Education to implement the requirements of an important manifestation of culture, but also examine the availability of educational technology training requirements . To this end, the paper will Universities' Educational Technology Training Effectiveness job evaluation system, to assess the effectiveness of the training theory proposes diversified educational technology training effectiveness and assess the main mode of operation, the four-level evaluation model reference offset based on the use the Delphi method to determine the evaluation index, AHP and to clarify the right of each index to obtain a sound education and technical training effectiveness evaluation system.%2001年教育部在高校教师教育技术培训工作中提出了明确要求,而对高校教师教育技术培训实效评估工作将是贯彻教育部培养要求的重要体现,也是考察教育技术培训工作能否得到要求的关键。为此,本文将从高校教师教育技术培训实效工作评估体系建设上,从培训实效评估理论出发,提出多元化教育技术培训实效评估主体及运作模式,在借鉴柯式四层次评估模型基础上,采用德尔菲专家法来确定评估指标,并运用层次分析法来明确各指标的权重,从而获得完善的教育技术培训实效评估体系。
