髋关节灵活性对体育高考生的短跑影响

     

摘要

对于体育高考生而言,短跑是一项必考科目。短跑的训练是教师在进行体育教学中不可忽视的一个重要部分。作为田径中最悠久的运动项目,人们对它的训练方法一直都有研究。在短跑过程中,髋关节有着非常重要的作用。近年来,随着体育高考的发展,体育教师对髋关节灵活性在短跑中的认识一直在加深。为了保证高考体育生在高考时,短跑项目取得较理想的成绩,教师在平时训练学生短跑的过程中,应该重视髋关节的灵活性训练。本文首先分析了训练髋关节灵活性的作用,其次提出了在短跑训练中提高髋关节灵活性的训练方法。%The sports college entrance examination students, sprint is a compulsory subject. Sprint training is an important part of teachers in physical education teaching can not be ignored. As one of the longest track and field sports, people have been studying its training methods. Hip joint has a very important role in the process of sprint. In recent years, with the devel-opment of the sports college entrance examination, physical education teachers' understanding of hip flexibility in sprint has been deepened. In order to ensure the college entrance examination sports students in the college entrance examination, the sprint project to achieve the desired results, teachers in the process of training students in peacetime, should pay attention to the flexibility of the hip joint training. This paper firstly analyzes the effect of training on the flexibility of hip joint, and then puts forward the training method to improve the flexibility of hip joint in sprint training.
