高职医学相关类专业学生职业期望调查研究

摘要

本研究采用职业期望量表，对苏州市某卫生职业院校的500名在校大学生进行施测，探讨高职医学相关类专业学生职业期望的现状。研究发现：当前高职医学相关类专业学生对待就业更加理性，重实际不图虚名，求稳心理较重，女生和大三学生更重视职业的声望地位与外在价值因素。%In this study, career expectations scale, Suzhou City, a health vocational college 500 college students were admin-istered test, investigate medical specialties status of vocational students' professional expectations. The study found:higher vocational medical specialties student employment more rational treatment, not undeserved reputation actual weight, striving psychological heavier, more emphasis on girls and juniors occupational status and prestige factor extrinsic value.
