Objective The purpose of this study is to calculate the success rate of recovery of patients admitted to intensive care units (ICUs) after in-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and as well as to evaluate factors associated with it such as the underlying disease , the time required for intubation , ICU transfer time. Methods A retrospective study was done in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2013. We enrolled 50 patients admitted to ICUs after in-hospital CPR. Results 50 patients experienced a restoration of spontaneous circulation (ROSC)after CPR admitted to ICUs, with the average age of 62 years , and 14 patients (28%) survived. there are signiifcant differences between CPR survivors and non survivors of gender, age and tracheal intubation time and recovery time into the ICU, but not signiifcantly different in the underlying disease. The underlying diseases were 13 cases of cardiovascular disease (26%) , infectious diseases 11 cases (22%), chronic kidney disease 6 cases (12%), respiratory diseases 4 cases (8%), traumatic shock 3 cases (6%). Conclusion Age was an important factor affecting survival after CPR admitted to ICUs, but not smaller of age, higher of the survival rate. cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases , and infectious diseases were the main basis for cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest disease; shorter the time of endotracheal intubation required, higher of the success rate of recovery ; and sooner into the ICU survival rate was higher.%目的：了解心肺复苏（CPR）后进入ICU患者存活率以及基础疾病、气管插管所需时间、转送ICU时间与复苏成功率之间的关系。方法对2009年1月至2013年6月在我院经过心肺复苏（CPR）后进入ICU的患者进行回顾性研究。结果4年半中共有50例患者经历过CPR后自主循环恢复（ROSC）进入ICU，平均年龄62岁，最终有14例（28%）存活出院，CPR后存活者与未存活者在性别、年龄和气管插管所需时间以及复苏后送入ICU时间上有一定差别，在基础疾病上差异无显著性意义。CPR前的基础疾病分别为心脑血管疾病13例（26%）、感染性疾病11例（22%）、慢性肾病6例（12%）、呼吸系统疾病4例（8%）、创伤性休克3例（6%）等。结论年龄是影响ICU中心肺复苏后存活率的一项重要因素，但不是年龄越低存活率越高；心脑血管疾病和感染性疾病是心跳呼吸停止的主要基础疾病；气管插管所需的时间越短，复苏成功率越高；越早送入ICU存活率越高。
