Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of montelukasta combined with salmeteral/ticasone on chronic bronchial asthma. Methods 1200 patients with chronic bronchial asthma were chose in the period from May 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group (600 patients) with salmeteral/ticasone treatment and combined treatment group (600 patients) with montelukasta treatment on the basis of control group treatment;and the clinical total improving efficiency, lung function indicators and clinical symptoms scores before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results The clinical improving efficiency of control group and combined treatment group were separately 81.8%, 98.0%;The clinical total improving efficiency of combined treatment group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in lung function indicators and clinical symptoms scores before treatment between control group and combined treatment group. The lung function indicators and clinical symptoms scores after treatment of both groups were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05);and the improving degree of combined treatment group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukasta combined with salmeteral/ticasone on chronic bronchial asthma can efficiently improve clinical symptoms and lung function, and is worthy of clinical application.% 目的探讨孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性支气管哮喘临床疗效。方法选取我院2009年5月至2011年5月收治慢性支气管哮喘患者1200例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合治疗组，每组各600例；其中对照组患者采用沙美特罗替卡松治疗，而联合治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上，加用孟鲁司特治疗；比较两组患者临床改善总有效率、治疗前后肺功能指标及临床症状评分等。结果对照组和联合治疗组患者临床改善总有效率分别为81.8%，98.0%；联合治疗组患者临床改善总有效率明显高于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）；对照组和联合治疗组患者治疗前肺功能指标及临床症状积分组间比较无显著差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后两组患者肺功能指标及临床症状积分较治疗前均显著改善，且联合治疗组患者改善程度明显优于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁司特联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢性支气管哮喘能够显著缓解临床症状，改善肺功能，具有临床推广使用价值。
