CLINIAL OBSERVATION ON THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF SHEN'GEQINGLONG DECOCTION IN TREATING 38 CASES OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

This work is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of shen'geqinglong decoction sequential plan in treating bronchial asthma patients. A prospective survey on the clinical observation was conducted on the 38 enrolled bronchial asthma patients whose classifications of disease severity were between 1-3 levels. They were treated with shen'ge qinglong decoction sequential plan. And the symptom score of day and night, ACT score, lung function and the quality of life were evaluated before and after 3months of TCM Treatment. All the evaluation outcomes improved obviously after 3 months of TCM treatment with statistical significance Therefore, we conclude that shen'ge qinglong decoction sequential plan can effectively improve the symptoms of bronchial asthma patients; moreover, it can reduce the airway hyper reactivity of some patients.
