熊珍软膏联合碘伏预防急性白血病患者肛周感染的效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the efficiency of Xiongzhen ointment and iodophor in preventing perianal infection on acute leukemia patients. Method An open labelled, randomized, controlled and parallel clinical trial was carried out. The trial group’s crissum was cleaned by iodophor and then Xiongzhen ointment was daubed on crissum. The control group hip bathed with 1∶5000 potassium hypermanganate. Results The compliance of trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the rate of perianal infection was significantly reduced. Conclusion Compared to hip bath, Xiongzhen ointment and iodophor can increase compliance of patients and prevent perianal infection simply, economically and efficiently, and it warrants popularization.%　　目的探讨熊珍软膏+碘伏预防急性白血病患者肛周感染的效果。方法观察组采用碘伏擦洗肛周，然后涂抹熊珍软膏；对照组采用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，观察两组患者对两种方法的依从性及肛周感染发生率。结果观察组较对照组依从性高，肛周感染发生率明显降低，两组间有统计学意义。结论熊珍软膏+碘伏擦拭预防急性白血病患者肛周感染有效，依从性优于用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，是预防肛周感染简便、经济有效的方法之一，值得临床推广应用。
