盐酸法舒地尔治疗后循环缺血74例患者的临床观察

Objective To observation the curative effect of fasudil on PCI.Methods 152 cases of PCI were randomly divided into the control group (n=78) and the treatment group (n=74); the control group was given foundation treatment and aspirin and ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection, the treatment group plus fasudil on the basis of the treatment of the control group, all cases in two group were on treatment for ten days, then analyzed the data of retest of PSV.Results There was signiifcant improve symptoms and PSV for the patients in treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fasudil can signiifcantly cure PCI, can make PSV more faster dramatically also.%目的：观察盐酸法舒地尔治疗后循环缺血临床疗效。方法选取2011年5月至2013年5月在我科住院治疗的后循环缺血患者152例，随机分成对照组（n=78）和治疗组（n=74）。对照组在治疗基础病的基础上加阿司匹林及银杏达莫治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔静脉滴注。疗程为10 d，疗程结束后复查经颅多普勒PSV，并将数据统计分析。结果与治疗前对比及与对照组患者治疗后对比，盐酸法舒地尔治疗组在改善症状及增快PSV等方面，具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论盐酸法舒地尔治疗后循环缺血疗效确切，优于对照组，值得临床运用。
