Medicament for suppressing the immune system and for treating the patient having a disease of necrotic cell death, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a targeted suppression of the biosynthesis of individual proteins, comprising applying ribo-oligonucleotides and/or small-interfering ribonucleic acids, where the diseases are presented with a defective localization of endogenous proteins; and (2) a targeted suppression of the biosynthesis of insulin, comprising applying ribo-oligonucleotides or small-interfering ribonucleic acids to the patients having diabetes mellitus.
