The processing conditions and methods of manufacturing industrial copper sulfate were investigated by air catalytic oxidation. The studied results showed while air velocity was as big as possible, and concentration of sulphuric acid was 20%, and the reaction temperature was 80℃, and the catalytic dosage was 10 g/L, and the reaction time was 4 h, the effect of reaction was ideal, and the industrial copper sulfate which satisfy state second grade product standard was at- tained after removing impurity and then crystallization in the solution of the reaction.%研究了催化空气氧化法制备工业硫酸铜的方法及工艺条件,在空气流速尽可能大,硫酸浓度为20%,反应温度80℃,催化剂用量为10 g/L,反应时间4 h时,可得到比较理想的反应效果,粗产品经除杂后结晶,可得到符合国家二级品标准的工业硫酸铜。
