轻有机物汽提塔内构件安装问题分析与对策

摘要

简要介绍安庆分公司丙烯腈装置轻有机物汽提塔T-504运行过程中的故障现象,将塔筒体及部分内构件的材质进行升级改造,针对制造安装过程中容易出现的问题进行原因、操作影响分析,并提出相应的处理措施。%Faults in the operation of light ends stripper T-504 in acrylonitrile unit of Anqing Petrochemical Company,SINOPEC,were summarized.Materials for the shell of the column and some of its internals were upgraded and measures were proposed based on the cause and operation effects analysis on possible issues occurring during manufacturing and installation.
