功热电联产技术在合成氨厂节能技改中的运用

For the production of synthetic ammonia gas making workshop air blower , turn off section of lean solution pump, ammonia recovery process of ammonia centrifugal compressor applied power cogeneration technology , operation of steam cascade utilization together through the turbine drive motor and supporting equipment , the steam energy loss of full recycling , energy-saving effect was remarkable , tons ammonia consumption dropped significantly , which can save the cost and enhance the company in ammonia synthesis enterprise competitiveness.%对合成氨生产中的造气工段空气鼓风机、变脱工段贫液泵、氨回收工段离心式氨压缩机进行了功热电联产技术应用，通过汽轮机拖动电机和配套设备一起运行实现蒸汽梯级利用，将部分损失的蒸汽能量充分回收利用，节能效果显著，吨氨电耗大幅下降，有利于节约成本，提升了公司在合成氨企业中的竞争力。
