The present invention relates to a system for analyzing exercise performance and recommending an exercise for a daily life using an intelligent information technology, which can continuously induce exercise performance of a user by selecting one or more exercise items suitable for an optimal time by reflecting an exercise performance time zone and a situation of a daily life of the user and a daily outdoor environment, and transmitting a notification for recommending an exercise to a user terminal. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a wearable device worn on the body of a user to generate a motion sensing signal; a user terminal for storing a motion pattern for various exercise items, analyzing the motion sensing signal transmitted from the wearable device with respect to a selected exercise item, and measuring momentum and an exercise record of the corresponding exercise item; and an operation server connected to the user terminal through a communication network, recommending a momentum goal for each exercise item and an exercise item for each situation to guide the same to the user terminal, receiving and storing exercise information including the momentum and the exercise record of the user, measured through the user terminal, and determining whether the user achieves the momentum goal for each exercise item on the basis of the received exercise information.
