使用可见分光光度法(N-(1-萘基)-胺光法)对工业循环冷却水中亚硝酸盐含量进行了系统优化,主要考察了样品酸度、显色剂时效性与剂量、样品取样量、反应时期对亚硝酸盐测定效果的影响。结果表明:样品酸度控制在pH=1.8~2.0范围内,亚硝酸盐的检测效果较好,在pH=1.9时效果最佳;显色剂N-(1-萘基)-1,2-乙二胺二盐酸盐在配置后29 d内使用,剂量选择4.00 mL左右测定效果为最佳;样品循环冷却水中含有氯胺、氯等杂质影响检测效果,取样量宜选择10.00 mL左右为宜;亚硝酸盐生成重氮盐,再偶联生成红色染料,反应时间宜选择20 min为最佳。%The system on the content of nitrite in industrial circulating water by visible spectrophotometry ( N-( 1-naphthyl )-amine light method ) was optimized.The effect of sample acidity , reagent timeliness and dose , sample quantity , reaction time on determination of nitrite were investigated.The results showed that the acidity of sample was controlled in pH 1.8 ~2 , the detection effect of nitrite was good , and the effect was the best when pH was 1.9.Chromogenic agent N-( 1-naphthyl )-1, 2-Ethylenediamine Dihydrochloride could be using within 29 days after configuration , 4.00 mL was the best choice for the effect of determination.Samples circulating cooling water containing chloramine , chlorine and other impurities would affect the test results.The sample size should be chosen about 10.00 mL appropriately.Nitrite created diazonium salt , then coupling to produce red dye , the reaction time should be chosen as 20 min was the best.
