材料类应用型人才综合实验技能的培养研究与实践

摘要

针对材料类专业对人才培养的具体目标和要求，探索和构建材料类应用型人才综合实验技能的培养体系。从实验模块内容的衔接、课程组的建立、专业实验技能考核环节的创建以及毕业论文（设计）质量保障与评价体系的完善等方面进行了改革，提高了学生的实验操作技能和工程意识，促进了高素质应用型人才的发展。%According to the specific aims and requirements of material specialties to professional personnel training , the system for cultivating applicable talents with comprehensive experiment skills in newly -built universities was explored and constructed.The work was carried emphatically out on four aspects , such as improving the content of experimental modules, founding courses groups , examining specialized experiment skills , and perfecting quality assurance and evaluation system of the graduation thesis or graduation project .The reform achieved remarkable results on promoting high-quality innovative talents training .
