影响水泥化学分析结果的因素探讨

摘要

Chemical analysis of cement is an important link to ensure the quality of cement products. In the actual production,many results of chemical analysis of cement have a large deviation from the real value because of more analysis projects and the complex process. The influence of cement ignition loss,cement insolubles,sulphur trioxide,magnesium oxide in cement,cement in concrete chloride ion content in the test results was analyzed. After discussing the operating key point for each analysis item,the analysis can play a stimulative role in improving the operation staff chemical analysis of cement abilities.%水泥化学分析是保证水泥产品质量的重要环节,但由于分析项目较多,过程繁杂,实际生产中,许多水泥化学分析检测结果,与真实值有较大偏差.文中分析了影响水泥烧失量、水泥不溶物、水泥中三氧化硫、水泥中氧化镁、水泥中氯离子含量检测结果的因素,对每一个分析项目操作关键点作了探讨,对分析操作者水泥化学分析检测能力的提高起到促进作用 .
