依普利酮对高血压患者脉搏波传导速度的影响

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the effects of eplerenone on pulse wave velocity of patients with hypertension. Methods One hundred and six patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: eplerenone group ( n = 53 ) treated with eplerenone( p. O,50 mg per day ),losartan group( n = 53 ) treated with losartan( p. O,50 mg per day ). The treatment lasted for 12 weeks in both groups. Sitting blood pressure, left brachial ankle pulse wave velocity ( LbaPWV ), right brachial ankle pulse wave velocity( RbaPWV ) were measured and blood biochemical indices were detected before and after treatment. Results After treatment, blood pressure, LbaPWV and RbaPWV of both groups significantly decreased compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05 ). No significant difference was found in the blood biochemical indices between the two groups before or after treament( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Eplerenone can reduce the blood pressure of patients with mild or moderate hypertension and slow down the pulse wave velocity at the same time, it can improve the elasticity of artery vascular.%目的 观察依普利酮对高血压患者脉搏波传导速度的影响.方法 106例轻中度高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为依普利酮组及氯沙坦组各53例,依普利酮组口服依普利酮片50 mg,氯沙坦组口服氯沙坦钾片50 mg,均为1次/d,疗程12周.治疗前后检测坐位血压、左臂踝脉搏波传导速度(LbaPWV)及右臂踝脉搏波传导速度(RbaPWV)、血生化.结果 治疗后两组血压、LbaPWV及RbaPWV较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05).两组治疗前后各生化指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05).结论 依普利酮在降低轻中度高血压患者血压的同时能减慢患者的脉搏波传导速度,具有改善动脉血管弹性的作用.
