广西第二轮全国艾滋病综合防治示范区艾滋病流行趋势分析

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the epidemic status of the second-round comprehensive AIDS prevention and control demonstration zones in Guangxi from 2009 to 2013 ,and to explore the integrated control strategy and intervention measures for AIDS prevention and control in Guangxi , even the whole country .Methods The data was collected from the national comprehensive AIDS prevention and control epidemic information system . Then the database was established by Microsoft Excell.Arrangement and logical correction were performed and a descriptive analysis was carried out by SPSS 19 .0 .Results By December 31 ,2013 ,a cumulative number of 12 731 of the HIV infectors/AIDS patients was reported in 13 demonstration zones of Guangxi ,accounting for 14.14% of the whole district (12 731/89 388).It increased by 3.27% on the basis of 2008.There were 6 251 HIV infectors, accounting for 13.30%(6 251/46 986),6 480 AIDS suffers,accounting for 15.28%(6 480/42 402),and 4 592 deaths,accounting for 16.10%(4 592/28 521) of the district.Moreover,since 2011,the increasing epidemic trend in the AIDS demonstration zones slowed down .Conclusion Since 2011,the rapid growing trend of AIDS epidemics in Guangxi has slowed down ,which indicates that AIDS prevention and control has played an important role in promoting the work comprehensively in Guangxi .%目的：研究和分析2009～2013年广西第二轮艾滋病综合防治示范区艾滋病疫情流行情况，为探索更适合广西乃至全国的艾滋病综合防治策略和干预措施提供科学依据。方法从全国艾滋病综合防治数据信息系统疫情数据库收集数据，用Microsoft Excel 建立数据库，进行整理和逻辑校错，采用SPSS19．0软件进行描述性分析。结果截至2013年12月31日，广西13个示范区HIV感染者/AIDS患者累计报告数为12731例，占全区HIV感染者/AIDS患者的14．24％（12731/89388），与2008年同比增长了3．27％。其中，HIV感染者6251例，占全区的13．30％（6251/46986）， AIDS患者6480例，占全区的15．28％（6480/42402），死亡4592例，占全区艾滋病死亡数的16．10％（4592/28521）；从2011年起，各示范区艾滋病疫情增长趋势减缓。结论自2011年起，广西艾滋病疫情快速上升势头出现了增速放缓，说明防治艾滋病攻坚工程的实施，对全面推进广西艾滋病防治工作起到重要作用。
