Objective To compare the efficacy of hand-assisted laparoscopy and total laparoscopy applied to radical resection for right colon cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with right colon cancer were selected and were randomly divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50). The observation group underwent hand-assisted laparoscopic radical resection for right colon cancer,and the control group was given total laparoscopic radical resection for right colon cancer. The operation duration, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative pain level, incision cosmetic score, postoperative complications,hospital stay and hospitalization costs were compared between the two groups. Results The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and incision cosmetic score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the postoperative exhaust time and postoperative pain level in the observation group were significantly longer/higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). There were no significant differences in the hospital stay,hospitalization costs or incidence rate of postoperative complications between the two groups(all P>0. 05). Conclusion Hand-assisted laparoscopy and total laparoscopy have their respective advantages in the radical resection for right colon cancer,and both procedures are safe and effective. The surgeons should choose the proper laparoscopic procedure reasonably based on the actual conditions of the patients.%目的 比较手助腹腔镜与全腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术的应用效果.方法 选取100例右半结肠癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例.观察组行手助腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术治疗,对照组行全腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术治疗,比较两组手术时长、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后排气时间、术后疼痛级别、切口美容评分、术后并发症、住院时间及住院费用等情况.结果 观察组手术时长、术中出血量、术后引流量及切口美容评分低于对照组,而术后排气时间及术后疼痛级别长于或高于对照组(P<0.05);两组住院时间、住院费用及术后并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 手助腹腔镜及全腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术各具优势,均安全有效,医师应根据患者实际情况合理选择.
