The symptoms of frequency and urgency of micturition and urodynia, accompanied with lumbar spinal disorder and pain in waist and lower extremities, but without any organic pathological changes, can be defined as lumbar tissue disturbance. The disease can be treated with manipulation of digital pressing, kneading, plucking, tweaking and scraping the muscle of waist and lower limb, especially the adductor, rotating, pulling and pressing the lumbar vertebra or ossa ilium. For the sever case injection of bupivacaine and vit.B1 is added, with muscle and tendons relaxed with the knife needle and some medicines administrated. The symptoms have much to do with the neural segment related to the sensory nerve of lumbar tissue and the sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve of bladder.
