三种方法检测乳粉中沙门氏菌的比较分析

摘要

参加盲样考核,比较传统国标法、LAMP法及mini VIDAS三种方法检测乳粉中沙门氏菌的检测效果.结果表明三种检测方法结果较为吻合,传统国标法和mini VIDAS均检出4份沙门氏菌(n=10),LAMP法编号CODE 217出现不相符情况,其余结果一致.三种方法检测时效比较,LAMP法用时最少,mini VIDAS法次之,传统法耗时最长,LAMP及mini VIDAS检测方法快速、可靠且操作简单,可以作为传统检测方法的有效补充.%Through participating unknown sample test,comparison of detection on Salmonella in milk powder with traditional method,mini VIDAS and LAMP. The results show that the results of the three detection methods are consistent.Both the traditional GB and mini VIDAS detected 4 Salmonella(n=10),and the results of the sample CODE 217 were not consistent with the LAMP method, and the rest results were consistent. Compared with the three methods, the LAMP method used the least time, then mini VIDAS, and the traditional method was the most time-consuming. LAMP and mini VIDAS detection methods are fast, reliable and easy to operate, which can be an effective supplement to the traditional detection methods.
