12份苜蓿农艺性状的主成分及聚类分析

Agronomic characteristics, total plant height, leaf stem ratio, branch number, main branch, main branch internode number,fresh yield etc,of total twelve alfalfa Varieties were analyzed based on main component ,and three principle elements were obtained, which contributed over 84. 141％. The materials were clustered into three groups based on the principle elements. One group showed high yield with higher plant height, branch number and main branch than other materials, and suitable to South climatic conditions, and can be planted in the large area. The second one containing higher leaf stem ratio, with middle other traits, when planted in the south can choose some of good characters used in improvement of parents. The third group with the lowest yield and leaf stem ratio,but more number of main branch and main branch internode number,it can be used as hybrid parents, improved part of the character.%对12份苜蓿种质资源进行全年株高、茎叶比、分枝数、主枝侧枝数、主枝节间数、鲜草产量等6个农艺性状的主成分分析,选出累计贡献率84.141%的前3个主成分;在此基础上对12份苜蓿材料进行系统聚类分析,在欧式水平上可将其聚为3大类,第1大类在江淮地区表现为产量高,全年高度、分枝数、主枝侧枝数均高于其他材料,比较适宜南方的气候条件,符合南方筛选种植苜蓿的条件,故可大面积推广种植;第2大类茎叶比最高,其他性状表现中等,综合性状一般,在南方种植时可选择其中一些性状优良的品种应用于亲本的改良.第3大类产量最低,茎叶比也最低,但有较多的主枝侧枝数和主枝节间数,在南方选育种植可以作为杂交亲本
