Setting of the Unit Standard in the Equipment Maintenance Management Expenditure Based on the Principal Component Cluster Analysis

The unit standard in the equipment maintenance management expenditure is the annual expenditure for repair agencies, warehouse operations, professional training, departmental operations, and related equipment management. At present, the setting of the unit standard of our military mainly relies on the subjective judgment of experts and is arbitrarily large. For this problem, this paper introduces cluster analysis into the unit standard of equipment maintenance management expenditure, and combines the principal component analysis method and the actual unit standard setting to establish an improved cluster analysis algorithm based on small sample, which provides a new idea for the setting of unit standard. The results of the example analysis show that the algorithm is feasible and the unit standard is more scientific and reasonable.
