玉米油脂肪酸成分标准物质的研制

         

摘要

选取当年产玉米油作为标准物质的试验样品,对研制的玉米油脂肪酸成分标准物质做了均匀性检验、稳定性监测和定值工作.选用的标准物质试验样品用BHA、BHT、TBHQ复配后添加,混匀后充氮封装于2 mL安瓿中,室温条件下储存.玉米油脂肪酸成分标准物质样品的均匀性检验结果经F检验以及16个月稳定性监测结果表明,单元内和单元间均匀程度以及标准物质样品的稳定性均达到国家一级标准物质的制备要求.玉米油脂肪酸标准物质的定值结果为:棕榈酸(C16:0)是12.4±0.8;硬脂酸(C18:0)是1.8±0.3;油酸(C18:1)是29.1±1.3;亚油酸(C18:2)是55.1士±1.5:亚麻酸(C18:3)是0.9±0.6;花生酸(C20:0)是0.4士0.2.%Maize oil produced in present year was adopted as the reference material, and the test of homogeneity,stability and certification of fatty acid reference material had been made. Samples selected as standard materials were mixed with BHA, BHT, TBHQ, then encapsulated into 2 mL ampoule with nitrogen after homogenazing, and stored at the room temperature. The results showed that homogeneity in or inter units and stability of reference material had met with the preparatory demands of national first-class reference material by F-test and stability tests for 16 months. The standard values of fatty acid of reference material were as follows: arachidic acid (C16 : 0) was 12.4±0.8, stearic acid (C18 : 0) 1.8±0.3, oleic acid (C18 : 1) 29. 1±1.3, linoleic acid (C18 : 2) 55.1±t±1.5, linolenic acid (C18:3) 0.9±0.6, peanut acid (C20 : 0) 0.4±0.2.
