The vegetable oil was burned,enriched and ashed,and the AFS-933 atomic fluorescence photometer was used for determination of trace arsenic(As) in vegetable oil.By choosing the best condition of the instrument,sample handle methods,acidity,interfering,determination limit,linear range,precision,rate of recovery and so on were researched.The results showed that this method has the following merits of good accuracy,high sensitivity,easy to operate and popularize.%对植物油进行燃烧富集和灰化处理后,采用AFS-933型原子荧光光度计对其中的微量砷进行测定.通过选择最佳的仪器条件,进行样品处理方法及酸度、干扰离子的研究,做了检出限、线性范围、精密度、加标回收率等方法学的研究.结果表明:该方法准确性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,易于推广.
