浅谈胡萝卜素提取纯化及其微胶囊制备工艺研究

         

摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展,科技也得到了很大提升.人们越来越重视生活的质量问题,更高质量的产品已经成为未来人们的首选.这对食品行业来讲,更是一个莫大的机遇与挑战.微胶囊技术可以说在现今食品加工业中被广泛应用着,而且随着科技进一步发展,它将起更重要的作用.在微胶囊里加入胡萝卜素是一种较为新颖的工艺方法,胡萝卜素具有较强的保健功能,能增强人体的免疫力,让人们的身体素质得到极大提高.本文简要对胡萝卜素的提纯以及微胶囊工艺做了初步探讨.%In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, science and technology has been greatly improved. People pay more and more attention to the quality of life, higher quality products have become the first choice for people in the future. This is a great opportunity and challenge for the food industry. Micro capsule technology can be said to be widely used in the food processing industry, and with the further development of science and technology, it will play a more important role. In the micro capsule, the addition of the carrot is a new technology, which has a high health function, can enhance the body's immunity, so that people's physical quality has been greatly improved. In this paper, the purification of carotenoids and the process of the micro capsule are discussed brielfy.
