安石榴苷对糖尿病小鼠脂质代谢及氧化应激的影响

     

摘要

目的 观察安石榴苷对糖尿病小鼠脂质代谢及氧化应激的影响.方法 将链脲菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导成功的糖尿病小鼠分为模型组、安石榴苷高剂量组和低剂量组,同时设立正常对照组.给药前及灌胃5周期间分别检测小鼠体重及空腹血糖,灌胃5周后检测血脂和血清中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽(glutataione,GSH)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、过氧化氢酶(cata-lase,CAT)的含量变化.结果 与模型组比较,安石榴苷组小鼠体重和空腹血糖均有所下降.安石榴苷低、高剂量组的TC、TG、FFA均显著下降(P&amp;amp;amp;0.01), LDL-C水平明显下降(P&amp;amp;amp;0.01),HDL-C显著升高(P&amp;amp;amp;0.01),MDA、NO水平均显著降低(P&amp;amp;amp;0.01),安石榴苷组的SOD、GSH水平显著升高(P&amp;amp;amp;0.01),CAT水平无变化.结论 安石榴苷能降低糖尿病小鼠体重和空腹血糖水平,能明显改善糖尿病小鼠脂质代谢紊乱及氧化应激状态.%Objective To study the effect of punicalagin on lipid metabolism and oxidative stressin experimental diabetic mice. Methods The diabetic mice model was induced by injection intraperitonallyof streptozotocin. They were divided into the model, highest and lowest punicalagin groups, compared witha control normal group. Fasting blood glucose and body weight in all mice were performed at 5 weeks andbefore dosing. After 5 weeks treatment, all mice were executed and serum lipid, malondialdehyde, superoxidedismutase, glutataione, nitric oxide as well as cata-lase in serum were detected. Results Comparedwith model group, body weight and FBG were reduced with the treatment of punicalagin. MDA, NO, TC,TG , FFA and LDL-C were declined (P< 0.01), as well as HDL-C was increased significantly(P< 0.01).At the same time, SOD and GSH were increased significantly(P<0.01) , as well as CAT was unchanged inthe punicalagin group. Conclusion Body weight and FBG in diabetic mice can be reduced with treatingpunicalagin, and dysregulation of lipid metabolism and oxidative stress were improved obviously.
