专业场景中新手教师实践性知识的发展机制研究

     

摘要

The development of teachers' practical knowledge is closely related with their professional career, school and class is the key field for the novice teachers to develop the practical knowledge. On the one hand, as the legal participant of cog- nitive apprenticeship, the novice teachers observe and participate in the "practical culture" under the guidance of master, they transform and reorganize their practical knowledge by apperception and imitation. On the other hand, as the independent teacher, they talk with the complex teaching situation, they further improve the practical knowledge by judgment, choice, response and re- flection.%教师的实践性知识的发展与教师的专业生涯密切相关,学校、课堂这些专业场景是新手教师发展实践性知识的关键场域。一方面,他们作为认知师徒制中合法的参与者,在“师傅”的指导下观察和参与“实践文化”,通过体悟和效仿来改组和改造自身的实践性知识;另一方面,他们作为独立的教学主体,与复杂的教学情境进行反复对话,在判断、选择、回应和反思中使实践性知识得到进一步的完善。
