社会结构变迁与中国共产党适应性研究——以高校毕业学生流动党员为例分析

经过10余年的高校扩招，高校学生数量的聚集形成一个新的不断变动的社会群体，党在高校学生中吸收党员的工作成就斐然，目前每年新增大学生党员数量占全国新增党员数的1／3以上，但存在的问题是：吸纳有余，维系不足，每年都有相当数量高校学生党员毕业后失去组织联系。本文拟以这部分学生党员群体为对象考察社会结构变迁与中国共产党适应性问题。%After more than 10 yearg expanding enrollment of colleges and universities, the undergraduates are forming a new changing social group. The branches of CPC in colleges and universities have absorbed many student party memebers, at present the annual increase of them accounts for more than 1/3 of the total amount. The problems is redundant absorbtion but deficient maintainance. Each year quite a number of student party members lost their contact with the party organization. This paper is intended to research on these student party members to observe the social structure change and the adaptability of the CPC.
