参赛者需求视角下体育赛事志愿者培训体系的完善——第五届特奥会为例

摘要

采用文献法、数理统计等方法编制《特奥会参赛者服务需求量表》,对我国252名特奥会参赛者进行问卷调查。结果表明：参赛者的服务需求主要包括情感、生理、安全、尊重服务需求;不同项群参赛者的服务需求存在显著性差异,且情感服务需求最高;不同赛段参赛者的服务需求存在显著性差异;特奥参赛者的服务需求现状与体育赛事志愿者培训体系现状存在一定的差异。%Using literature and mathematical statistics methods such as the preparation of ＂ Special Olympics participants demand service table＂, 252 Special Olympics in China will carry out the survey participa. The results showed that： the main participants of the demand for services, including emotional, physical, safety, respect for the service demand ; different service needs of participants - group there were significant differences, and emotional services to the highest demand; different stages participants, there was significant demand for services differences; Special Olympics participant status and service needs of volunteers and training system status sporting events there are some differences.
