组织知识治理模式及演化过程研究

     

摘要

如果从结构观、过程观、制度观三个角度去区分现有的知识治理研究,则易于发现,制度层面对知识治理概念及其内部机制的解释相对成熟.基于这种认识,本文在认同知识治理的本质在于对知识活动所涉主体行为的协调这一前提下,着重归纳和分析了自发型、领导型、协作型三类典型知识治理模式的总体特征.进而以知识活动障碍可能引致成员偏离历史活动轨道,自发寻求知识合作对象为切入点,提出知识治理机制与合作知识创新行为之间的因果反馈是组织知识治理模式演化的内在机理.最后,以自发型知识治理模式为起点,总结了几种常见的知识治理模式演化路径.%It is easy to find that the conception of knowledge governance and its inner mechanism from the system layer is relatively mature if we differentiate the research of knowledge governance from the structure - based, process - based and system - based perspective. Based on this recognition, we laid the emphasis on the analysis of three types of knowledge governance including spontaneous pattern, leading pattern, and cooperation pattern at the premise of the conception of knowledge governance we gave in this paper. Furthermore, we proposed that the causal feedback between the knowledge governance mechanism and the cooperative innovation is the internal cause of knowledge governance pattern evolution.
