内蒙古东部高校酒店管理专业人才培养模式探讨

             

摘要

人才培养模式的创新是目前高等教育发展的关键性问题之一。高校要培养出既能满足社会需要,又顺应时代发展潮流的高水平人才,离不开科学、完善的人才培养模式的支持。通过对内蒙古东部高校旅游管理及酒店管理专业人才培养模式现存问题的分析,结合内蒙古民族大学的改革与实践,提出以下对策建议:强化“以人为本”培养目标,突出民族特色;以市场为导向,创新办学体制与课程设置;丰富校企合作模式,深化顶岗实习内容;加强专业师资队伍建设。%The innovation of personnel training pattern is the key problem for current higher education development.Universi-ties need a scientific personnel training pattern in order to train personnel who can not only satisfy social needs but also follow the era trend.By analyzing the present problems of the personnel training pattern in tourism management and hospitality man-agement majors of eastern universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and combining the reform and practice of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities,the paper proposes the following advices:strengthening the “human -oriented”cultiva-tion aim,highlighting the nationality feature;innovating system and course setting;enriching corporation between universities and enterprises,furthering internship content;and developing professional faculty.
