大孔吸附树脂对葡萄皮中花色苷吸附性能研究

     

摘要

To screen the suitable resin to separate and purify the anthocyanins from grape skin and to establish the optimum technological parameters of purification. According to the adsorption ratio and elution ratio of the resin, eight types of macroporous resin were used to separate and purify the anthocyanins from grape skin. The results indicated the adsorption ratio and elution ratio of AB-8 type were the best in these types of macroporous resin. Through the studied of dynamic adsorption , AB-8 had the better adsorbilities when the absorbency of anthocyanins was between 0.653×25-0.579×40 in pH 3 , the adsorption current velocity was 2 BV/h~4 BV/h. Meanwhile, through the studied of dynamic desorption, AB-8 had the best desorbilities when the volume of 70%ethanol as eluant with desorption current velocity was 0.5 BV/h~1 BV/h. Grape anthocyanians was greatly refined by macroporous resin.%筛选适合分离纯化葡萄花色苷的大孔吸附树脂并确立纯化工艺参数。以树脂对葡萄花色苷的吸附率、解吸附率及吸附速率为考察指标,选用8种型号大孔吸附树脂进行纯化。结果表明:在所选树脂中AB-8树脂具有良好的吸附与洗脱效果。通过对AB-8动态吸附性能的研究,确定采用葡萄花色苷提取液在pH为3,吸光度在0.653×25~0.579×40之间,上柱流速为2 BV/h~4 BV/h。通过动态解吸性能的考察,确定采用浓度为70%的乙醇溶液,0.5 BV/h~1 BV/h进行解吸。通过大孔吸附树脂,葡萄花色苷得到了较好的富集和纯化。
